Job Title

Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA)

Location

St. Albans, VT | Skilled Nursing Facility

Schedule / Job Type

Contract (14 Weeks) | Nights | Onsite | Mixed 12-hour and 8-hour shifts (2 x 12s and 2 x 8s per week pattern) | Every other weekend required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and assistance with activities of daily living in a long-term care / skilled nursing environment
• Support nursing staff with resident monitoring, documentation, and care delivery during night shift hours
• Adhere to facility policies, infection control protocols, and safety standards at all times
• Must carry and present a valid state or federal issued photo ID at the facility; photo badge must be worn at all times while on assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active Vermont Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) license in good standing
• Completed original or updated COVID-19 vaccine series, or a documented religious and/or medical exemption from employer; additional doses required where mandated by law
• Reliable personal transportation required
• Local candidates only — must reside in the local area to be eligible for this assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
• Comfort working overnight shifts in a fast-paced care environment
• Flexibility to work every other weekend as part of a consistent schedule
