Key Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze patient assessment data to determine diagnoses, care issues, and identify expected outcomes
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans using critical thinking and independent clinical judgment
• Coordinate care delivery across disciplines, collaborating with patients, families, and the broader healthcare team to promote a safe and healing environment
• Provide health education and information directly to patients, families, and treatment team members
• Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care
• Delegate and coordinate duties of healthcare team members appropriately, supervising assigned nursing staff as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor — required
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from an approved vendor — required
• Minimum of two years of recent RN experience

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Prior acute care facility experience
• Experience in ambulatory care, clinic, or outpatient settings
