Surgery RN – Operating Room

Location

Beachwood, OH | Acute Care

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Rotating Shift | 5 x 8-hour shifts, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM; call responsibilities on nights and weekends (frequency dependent on staffing levels)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care across all surgical service lines in the operating room
• Fulfill on-call obligations during nights and weekends as required based on staffing needs
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes throughout the perioperative process
• Adapt to varying surgical specialties and service line demands within the OR setting

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Ohio or a compact license
• Current BLS certification required
• Ability to work across all surgical service lines
• Availability for night and weekend call as needed

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a high-volume operating room environment
• Familiarity with multiple surgical specialties and service lines
• Experience managing on-call responsibilities in a surgical setting
