Full-Time | Permanent | Nights | 12-Hour Shifts | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within a 10-bed LDRP unit, including active labor, latent labor, postpartum, and couplet care
• Support Special Care Nursery Level II patients as needed
• Maintain established nurse-to-patient ratios: active labor 1:1, postpartum/couplet care 3:1, and latent labor 2:1
• Float to other units including Med/Surg, ICU, ER, and Skilled Nursing as required
• Participate in every-other-weekend and every-other-holiday rotation
• Obtain and maintain BLS, ACLS, and Fetal Monitoring certifications within 6 months of hire if not already held

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS certification required (or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire)
• ACLS certification required (or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire)
• Fetal Monitoring certification required (or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire)
• Willingness and ability to float to Med/Surg, ICU, ER, and Skilled Nursing units
• Compliance with facility appearance standards: jewelry kept to a minimum; visible face and/or body piercings beyond traditional ear piercings and small nose studs are not permitted while on duty

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Prior experience in Labor & Delivery, postpartum, or mother/baby care
• Familiarity with Special Care Nursery or Level II Nursery environments
