Key Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient acute care physical therapy services to a diverse patient population
• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and neurological conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with physician orders and clinical guidelines
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient recovery and discharge planning
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with facility standards

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy
• Active California Physical Therapist license
• BLS certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an inpatient setting
• Experience treating orthopedic and neurological patient populations
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible at travel rate; local candidates are accepted at a local rate

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a high-acuity inpatient acute care environment
• Familiarity with interdisciplinary team collaboration in a hospital setting
• Strong documentation skills with experience using electronic health record systems
