Job Title

Certified Surgical Technician

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | Five 8-hour shifts, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | On-call availability required for nights and weekends (frequency dependent on staffing levels) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Assist surgical teams across all service lines in the operating room
• Prepare and maintain sterile fields, instruments, and surgical supplies
• Anticipate the needs of the surgical team during procedures
• Participate in on-call rotation covering nights and weekends as needed

Required Qualifications

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification required
• Ability to work across all surgical service lines
• Availability for on-call shifts during nights and weekends

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a high-volume surgical environment
• Familiarity with a broad range of surgical specialties and service lines
