Cath Lab Tech (Radiology / Cardiology)

Contract | Days, 4×10-Hour Shifts (6:30 AM – 5:00 PM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and assist with a daily caseload of 8–12 procedures in the Cath Lab setting
• Support coronary diagnostic and interventional procedures, including cases related to Coronary Artery Disease and Peripheral Vascular Disease
• Assist with cardiac arrhythmia cases including peripheral diagnostic and intervention procedures
• Participate in permanent pacemaker procedures
• Fulfill on-call requirements as assigned
• Document and chart accurately using Epic

Required Qualifications

• ARRT certification required (RCIS not accepted)
• Valid California Fluoroscopy Permit required (candidates with a pending Fluoro permit may be considered, provided the application has already been submitted at time of submission)
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum of 2 years of Cath Lab experience required
• Valid state license required; compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• All requested time off must be submitted and approved at time of submission; post-submission RTO requests may not be considered
• Candidates must commit to working 3 of the following 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day
• Local candidates (within 50 miles of the facility) are welcome to apply

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with a broad range of coronary and peripheral interventional procedures
• Familiarity with Epic charting system
• Ability to adapt to a block schedule arrangement
• First-time travel candidates are accepted
