Job Title

MRI Technologist

Location

Asheville, NC | Acute Care

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13 Weeks | Days | Saturday–Tuesday or Thursday–Sunday, 10:00 AM–10:00 PM | Rotating Weekends

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MRI imaging procedures including both contrast and non-contrast studies
• Operate GE MRI equipment in accordance with departmental protocols and safety standards
• Document patient information and imaging records accurately using Cerner EMR
• Adhere to unit dress code and all applicable facility guidelines and policies
• Participate in rotating weekend coverage as required

Required Qualifications

• MRI registration required — candidates without this credential will not be considered
• Minimum 2 years of MRI experience
• Proficiency with GE MRI equipment
• Experience with Cerner EMR

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Breast MRI experience strongly preferred — candidates with this background will be given priority consideration
• Familiarity with high-volume, fast-paced acute care imaging environments
