Director of Rehabilitation (Temporary Leadership)

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support all members of the rehab team across all disciplines
- Ensure clinical programs are operating effectively and consistently
- Lead and participate in all facility meetings as scheduled by regional or management
- Assist in developing and implementing new clinical programs and initiatives
- Monitor compliance with screening policies and documentation standards
- Oversee timely completion of documentation and chart audits, and ensure staff adhere to all policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an OT, SLP, or PT
- LTC or Rehab experience required
- Active Oklahoma state license required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in a leadership or director-level rehab role
- Familiarity with productivity standards and caseload management across PT, OT, and SLP disciplines
- Experience collaborating with facility and upper management to support rehab goals and quality care
