Job Title

Registered Nurse – Mother Baby / Postpartum

Albuquerque, NM | Mother Baby / Postpartum

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 3×12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30) | 36 or 48 hours per week available

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct postpartum nursing care to mothers and newborns in a Mother Baby unit
• Float to like units within scope of practice as needed based on facility needs
• Maintain compliance with weekend shift requirements as part of the standard schedule
• Complete onsite orientation modules prior to beginning patient care assignments

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license (NM or Compact; pending NM/Compact license accepted — must be obtained prior to start)
• BLS certification required
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible — local candidates will not be considered
• Previous staff must wait 1 year before returning in a travel capacity

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Minimum 2 years of Mother Baby / Postpartum RN experience preferred
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
