Licensed Practical Nurse – Geriatrics

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 8-Hour Evening Shifts (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM) | Every Other Weekend Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to geriatric residents in a long-term care/skilled nursing setting
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as directed by the care plan
• Monitor and document resident health status, reporting changes to the supervising RN or physician
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support resident care goals
• Adhere to facility policies, state regulations, and standard nursing practices

Required Qualifications

• Active North Carolina LPN license in good standing
• Minimum of 12 months of recent LPN experience
• Ability to work every other weekend as required
• Availability to work holidays as needed
