Contract | Days | Every Other Weekend | Every Other Holiday

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services to patients in a critical care setting
• Manage a high patient volume and heavy workload effectively
• Operate within full scope of practice, including ventilator management and airway care
• Float within the facility or to nearby sites within 40 miles as needed based on skill set
• Document patient care accurately using EPIC

Required Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin Respiratory Therapy license required prior to start date
• PALS certification required
• Current critical care experience, or critical care experience within the last 12 months
• Prior travel therapy experience
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records

Preferred Experience / Skills

• NRP certification
• Experience managing high-acuity or complex patient populations
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to multiple care environments or facility locations
