RN – Emergency Room

Contract | Nights | Every Other Weekend | No Call

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room environment
• Assess, triage, and monitor patients presenting with a wide range of acute conditions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient information and clinical findings accurately using Cerner OneChart EHR
• Adhere to facility dress code requirements (ceil blue scrubs)

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Kansas or compact license eligibility
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• Prior Emergency Room nursing experience
• Ability to commit to a 16-week contract with 2 out of 3 holiday coverage requirement

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Proficiency with Cerner OneChart or similar EHR platforms
• Experience managing high-acuity and diverse patient populations in an emergency setting
• Strong critical thinking and prioritization skills in a high-volume environment
