Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced emergency room setting
• Assess, triage, and prioritize patients based on acuity and clinical presentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to deliver timely and effective treatment
• Document patient care accurately using Cerner OneChart EHR
• Adhere to facility dress code requirements, including ceil blue scrubs

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Kansas or compact eligibility
• Current BLS certification required
• Current ACLS certification required
• Proficiency or willingness to work with Cerner OneChart EHR
• Availability to commit to 2 out of 3 holidays during the contract period

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an emergency room or acute care setting
• Previous experience with Cerner OneChart
• Strong triage and critical thinking skills in high-acuity environments
