Registered Nurse (RN) – Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility

Schedule / Job Type

Contract (9 Weeks) | Nights | Monday – Thursday | 32-Hour Weekly Guarantee | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care and skilled nursing environment
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Monitor and document patient condition changes, communicating effectively with the care team
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and infection control standards
• Must carry and present valid state or federal issued photo identification at the facility at all times

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Hampshire or a compact state license
• Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
• COVID-19 vaccination required, or a documented religious and/or medical exemption from employer on file
• Must wear a photo badge while on assignment at the facility
• Local candidates only

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a SNF or LTC environment as a travel or agency nurse
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems used in long-term care settings
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills in a geriatric care population
