Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care on a Medical/Surgical unit in accordance with facility protocols and nursing standards
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions throughout assigned shifts
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Participate in every other weekend rotation as part of the standard scheduling requirement
- Work any holidays that fall on a regularly scheduled shift
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Expected 36 hours per week
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a Medical/Surgical inpatient setting
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to adapt to a rotating schedule including weekends and holidays
