Job Title

Seasonal Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – NICU

Location

Denver, CO | Acute Care / NICU

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | Days | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | 13-Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services within a Level III NICU environment, supporting neonatal and pediatric patient populations
• Perform and manage airway management procedures across assigned patient population
• Operate and manage ventilators including G5, Servo, Avea, HFOV, Jet, and V60/V30 equipment specific to patient needs
• Provide emergency department (ED) respiratory support as needed
• Communicate effectively with nursing staff, physicians, and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient care accurately using the Meditech EMR system

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of current NICU RRT experience
• Level III NICU experience required
• Pediatric (PEDS) experience required
• Active NBRC Certification required
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of overall experience

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Critical care experience strongly preferred
• PICU experience is preferred
• Prior experience with Meditech EMR
