Contract | Full-Time | Nights (18:45–07:15) | 12-Hour Shifts | Every Other Weekend Required | Holidays Required Unless PTO Requested

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a telemetry unit, monitoring cardiac rhythms and responding to changes in patient condition
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards
• Accurately document patient assessments, care, and outcomes using the Altera Sunrise (formerly Allscripts) EMR system
• Float to other units as required based on staffing and patient census needs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Maintain compliance with all facility policies, including nicotine-free workplace standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required
• Minimum 1 year of Telemetry RN experience
• Must be available for every other weekend and holiday shifts (unless approved PTO)
• New graduates are not eligible for this position

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Prior experience with Cerner EMR (Altera Sunrise is noted to be very similar and no prior experience with it is required)
