Job Title

Surgical Process Technician

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 3rd Shift (11:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | Onsite | Note: Orientation period requires 1st shift availability (9:00 AM – 5:30 PM) for approximately the first three weeks

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and turn over surgical rooms between procedures to maintain a safe and sterile environment
• Transport patients as needed within the surgical services department
• Lift and move heavy items in support of surgical operations
• Assist surgical services staff with process and logistical support tasks throughout the shift

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required
• Active BLS certification required and must be in hand at time of submission
• High school diploma or GED required
• Active permanent Ohio RN/compact license or applicable state license in hand at time of submission
• 18 months of combined permanent experience in the applicable specialty required
• One professional reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director within the past 12 months required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience within a single facility or location preferred
• Familiarity with surgical services workflows and room turnover procedures
