Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a long-term care / skilled nursing facility setting
- Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions per plan of care
- Monitor and document patient status, progress, and changes in condition
- Maintain valid state nursing license and comply with all facility and agency credentialing requirements
- Wear a photo badge and present a state or federal issued photo ID upon arrival to the facility at all times
Required Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN license in the state of Maine
- Completed original or updated COVID-19 vaccine series, or documented religious and/or medical exemption from employer
- Must obtain any additional vaccine doses where required by law
- Valid state or federal issued photo identification required
- Local candidates only
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility environment
- Familiarity with electronic health records and clinical documentation
