Registered Nurse – STICU (Surgical Trauma ICU) – Days

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within a Surgical Trauma ICU setting serving the adult trauma population
• Manage post-surgical patients across General Surgery and Vascular Surgery (including Carotid procedures)
• Support Neurosurgical patient management and monitoring
• Maintain patient ratios of 1:1 to 1:3 within an 8-bed unit
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams within a Level II Adult and Pediatric Trauma Center

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• ICU or critical care nursing experience required
• Ability to manage complex surgical and trauma patients in a high-acuity environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a Neuro ICU or Surgical Trauma ICU setting
• Familiarity with vascular and neurosurgical post-operative care
• Experience working within a Level II Trauma Center
