Job Title

Rad Tech – Cardiovascular Interventional Radiology (IR / Special Procedures)

Contract | 13 Weeks | Days | Four 9-hour shifts per week (0730–1700) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Perform imaging and procedural support in a Cardiovascular Interventional Radiology (CVIR) setting covering both IR and Cath Lab departments
• Provide scrub experience in Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology procedures, with a primary emphasis on Cath Lab
• Float between IR and Cath Lab departments as operationally required
• Participate in on-call rotation: one night per week plus every fourth weekend
• Participate in holiday rotation, including one holiday assignment (likely Labor Day)

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an invasive cardiovascular or procedural setting (Cath Lab, IR, or EP Lab)
• Active Radiology Technologist License (LRT) issued by the Kansas State Board of Healing Arts (KSBHA) — no pending licenses accepted
• ARRT certification in Radiography — R.T.(R) required
• AHA BLS certification required
• All required licensure and certifications must be current and in good standing at time of submission — no exceptions; no hits on license

Preferred Experience / Skills

• ARRT Vascular Interventional Radiography certification — R.T.(VI) preferred
• AHA ACLS certification preferred
• Prior experience scrubbing in both Cath Lab and IR environments
