Job Title

RN – Surgery (Operating Room)

Beachwood, OH

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | 5 days/week, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM with occasional 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM shifts; weeknight and weekend call required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct perioperative nursing care to surgical patients in the operating room setting
• Perform scrub and/or circulating duties as required throughout surgical procedures
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical team members to ensure patient safety and procedural efficiency
• Participate in weeknight and weekend call coverage as scheduled
• Adhere to sterile technique, infection control protocols, and facility policies throughout all surgical cases

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Ohio (or compact equivalent)
• Current BLS certification required
• Prior experience in an operating room or surgical nursing setting
• Ability to participate in weeknight and weekend call as needed
• Ability to work occasional shift variations (9:00 AM – 5:30 PM) in addition to standard day shift hours

Preferred Experience / Skills

• CNOR certification preferred
• Experience with a broad range of surgical specialties
• Familiarity with scrub and circulating roles across multiple service lines
