Job Title

Travel RN – Emergency Room (Fri, Sat & Sun | 3x12s | Nights)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13 Weeks | Nights | Friday, Saturday & Sunday | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Projected Start: August 24, 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a 65-bed Emergency Department across varied acuity zones including Shock, Core, Psych, and Exam areas
• Maintain patient ratios appropriate to zone assignment (Shock 2:1, Core 4:1, Psych 3:1, Exam 6:1)
• Operate unit equipment including Alaris Pumps, Phillips Monitors, and Belmont Rapid Infuser
• Document patient care accurately using Epic EMR
• Float within the department according to skill set as needed
• Adapt to fluctuating patient volumes in a high-acuity, fast-paced emergency environment

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license valid for practice in Indiana
• ACLS certification required
• PALS certification required
• BLS certification required
• TNCC certification required
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency nursing experience in a large Emergency Department

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to prioritize in a high-volume setting
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to rapidly changing patient volumes and acuity levels
• Experience working in a large, high-acuity Emergency Department environment
