Travel: Ultrasound Tech – Vascular (Part-Time)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Part-Time | Travel | Onsite | Days | Monday, Wednesday & Friday, 3x8s (7:30 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) | 20-Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Perform vascular ultrasound studies including venous insufficiency exams, bypass graft evaluations, and carotid studies
• Operate Philips ultrasound equipment in an outpatient vascular surgery clinic setting
• Manage a patient volume of approximately 5–7 patients per day
• Document and maintain accurate patient records using Epic EMR
• Complete mandatory facility education modules, hospital orientation, and Epic training prior to first day on unit
• Adhere to facility dress code, including black scrubs

Required Qualifications

• ARDMS certification required
• Vascular certification required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of vascular tech experience
• Proficiency in venous insufficiency exams, bypass graft studies, and carotid evaluations
• Expected weekly hours: 20 hours

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Ability to interpret vascular waveforms
• Experience with EVAR imaging and endoleak assessment
