Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to adult medical/surgical inpatients, including orthopedic, neuro-surgical, and Level 1 Trauma patient populations
• Prioritize zero-harm principles, patient safety, and delivery of quality care throughout each shift
• Manage patient pain effectively and proactively to support comfort and recovery
• Conduct proactive rounding to monitor patient status and address needs in a timely manner
• Perform bedside hand-off to ensure continuity of care and clear communication between care teams

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio or a compact license recognized in Ohio
• Experience in a medical/surgical inpatient setting
• Ability to work night shifts in an onsite acute care environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience with orthopedic or neuro-surgical patient populations
• Experience in a Level 1 Trauma center environment
• Demonstrated commitment to patient experience and safety initiatives
