Registered Nurse – Rehabilitation (Brain Injury Unit)

Contract | Full-Time | Night Shift | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a busy acute Brain Injury unit during night shift hours
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for patients with brain injuries
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehabilitation teams to support patient recovery and goal achievement
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently using Epic EMR
• Rotate weekend coverage every third weekend as part of scheduled assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts or compact eligibility
• Proficiency with Epic EMR is required
• Ability to work night shifts with every third weekend rotation
• Experience in an acute care or rehabilitation nursing setting

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in brain injury, neurological, or acute rehabilitation nursing
• Familiarity with rehabilitation-focused care models and interdisciplinary team collaboration
• BLS/ACLS certification
