Inpatient General Surgery Registered Nurse (RN)

Contract | Expected 36 hours/week | Day/Night Rotating
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in an inpatient general surgery setting
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for surgical patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient outcomes
- Monitor post-operative patients and respond to changes in condition
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in Massachusetts or compact eligibility
- 2+ years of Level 1 (acute care) inpatient experience required
- 1+ years of travel nursing experience required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in general or specialty surgical nursing
- Familiarity with high-acuity inpatient environments
