Job Title

Registered Nurse – ICU (Nights)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients admitted to the intensive care unit
• Manage and monitor patients requiring mechanical ventilation
• Administer and titrate vasoactive medications in accordance with physician orders and unit protocols
• Deliver and coordinate life-sustaining treatments for hemodynamically unstable or critically ill patients
• Assess, document, and communicate changes in patient condition to the interdisciplinary care team

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio or a compact state license
• Current BLS certification required
• Current ACLS certification required
• Prior experience in an ICU or critical care setting

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with mechanical ventilator management and weaning protocols
• Familiarity with vasoactive and vasopressor drip titration
• CCRN certification or pursuit of critical care certification
