Contract (14 Weeks) | Night Shift | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care / skilled nursing facility setting
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Monitor and document resident health status, reporting changes to appropriate clinical staff
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support individualized resident care plans
• Maintain valid state-issued photo identification and wear a photo badge at all times while on assignment

Required Qualifications

• Current and active LPN or RN license in the state of Maine or a compact state license accepted by Maine
• COVID-19 vaccination (original or updated series) or a documented religious and/or medical exemption on file with your employer; additional doses may be required where mandated by law
• Ability to provide a valid state or federally issued photo identification upon arrival at the facility

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility environment
• Familiarity with electronic health records and clinical documentation systems
