Key Responsibilities

• Complete evaluations to ensure quality standards and address assessment areas requiring attention
• Establish individualized treatment plans using appropriate clinical techniques, tools, and treatment protocols
• Provide therapy interventions including pelvic floor therapy using evidence-based techniques
• Develop individualized care and discharge plans and communicate them to appropriate parties
• Complete comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation within established deadlines
• Supervise assigned therapy assistants and serve as co-leader in an interdisciplinary patient care approach

Required Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required if licensure was obtained on or after January 2016, or foreign equivalent
• Active Physical Therapy licensure in the state of practice required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor required
• Minimum of two years of recent Physical Therapy experience
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 3–5 years of Physical Therapy experience preferred
• Pelvic floor therapy experience strongly preferred
• PRPC (Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification) or WCS (Women’s Clinical Specialist) certification, or actively working toward certification, preferred
