Great Bend, KS | Outpatient / Inpatient

Schedule / Job Type

Full-Time | Direct Hire | Onsite | Days, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 5 days/week | Approximately 1 weekend every 6–7 weeks for inpatient coverage | Approximately 1 holiday per year for inpatient coverage

Key Responsibilities

• Perform individualized patient evaluations to assess functional abilities and treatment needs
• Design and implement goal-directed, customized intervention plans to improve patients’ ability to perform daily activities
• Periodically review patient performance and adjust intervention plans as needed to ensure goals are being met
• Function as an active member of the interdisciplinary patient care team
• Provide services primarily in an outpatient OT clinic setting (approximately 90–95%), with occasional inpatient coverage (approximately 5–10%)

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy required
• Active Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure through the State Board of Healing Arts required
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Doctorate in Occupational Therapy preferred
• Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credential, or willingness to pursue CHT certification
