Job Title

Registered Nurse – NICU

Location

Greenville, NC | NICU (Level II)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 3×12-hour shifts | Expected 36 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to neonatal patients in a Level II NICU setting
• Monitor and assess the condition of neonatal patients, identifying and responding to changes in status
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Support and educate families on neonatal care and discharge planning

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of North Carolina or a compact state
• Prior NICU nursing experience required
• Current BLS certification required
• Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a Level II NICU environment
• Strong critical thinking and assessment skills in neonatal care
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team
