Travel Cath Lab Technologist

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | Days | 16-Week Assignment | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | Rotating weekends with on-call requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Assist physicians during cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures in a fast-paced cath lab environment
• Operate and monitor specialized cath lab equipment throughout diagnostic and interventional cases
• Prepare and maintain the cath lab suite, ensuring proper sterile technique and equipment readiness
• Rotate weekend coverage and participate in on-call schedule as required
• Document procedural information accurately in accordance with facility protocols

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist
• Valid applicable state licensure or certification required
• RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) or equivalent certification preferred at minimum; verify current credentialing requirements
• Ability to fulfill on-call and rotating weekend obligations
• Travel contract candidates must meet facility credentialing requirements prior to start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a high-volume cardiac cath lab or interventional cardiology setting
• Familiarity with EP (electrophysiology) procedures in addition to diagnostic cath
• Prior travel assignment experience in a cath lab environment
