Schedule / Job Type

Full-Time | Direct Hire | Onsite | Day Shift | 8-Hour Shifts (0700–1530) | Every 3rd Weekend Expected | 2 Minor Holidays and 1 Major Holiday Per Year

Key Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory testing across multiple disciplines including chemistry, hematology, serology, urinalysis, coagulation, blood bank, molecular, and microbiology
• Provide phlebotomy services as needed in support of inpatient and outpatient laboratory operations
• Support outpatient laboratory services Monday through Friday and process specimens from partnered clinics in surrounding areas
• Cross-train on night shift coverage for occasional staffing needs
• MLS candidates may be considered for available lead technologist roles in microbiology or chemistry

Required Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related field
• Certification or eligibility as an MT, MLT, or MLS
• Phlebotomy skills required
• Ability to comply with facility appearance standards, including minimal jewelry and no visible face or body piercings beyond traditional ear piercings and small nose studs while on duty

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a multi-disciplinary hospital laboratory environment
• MLS credential preferred for candidates interested in lead technologist opportunities in microbiology or chemistry
• Familiarity with testing in a facility serving both inpatient and outpatient populations
