Contract (16 Weeks) | Nights | Wednesday, Thursday, Friday | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and assistance with activities of daily living in a long-term care / skilled nursing facility setting
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning of residents
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided in accordance with facility policies
• Wear a photo ID badge at all times while on assignment at the facility

Required Qualifications

• Active CNA or T-CNA certification in the state of New Mexico
• Valid state or federal issued photo identification required to be presented at the facility
• Must have completed the original or updated COVID-19 vaccine series, or provide a documented religious and/or medical exemption from employer; additional doses required where mandated by law
• Orientation start dates are Tuesdays only

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility environment
• Familiarity with agency or registry staffing protocols and expectations
