Job Title

Cath Lab Tech – Travel Contract

Location

Pensacola, FL | Acute Care

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13 Weeks | Days | 4 x 10-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM) | On-site | Expected 6–8 call shifts per month with one weekend per month

Key Responsibilities

• Perform circulating duties in a 4-room cardiac catheterization lab with holding area
• Assist with procedures including LHC, RHC, coronary intervention, PPM insertion, EP studies with ablation, Watchman, TAVR, and PFO closure
• Maintain a 1:1 patient ratio in accordance with unit standards
• Operate GE imaging equipment and document using Merge Hemodynamics and Meditech EMR
• Participate in call rotation as scheduled, including weekend call coverage
• Uphold patient experience standards as determined by the facility

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab experience with circulating experience required
• Valid state licensure
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with sedation, atherectomy, IVUS, and/or thrombectomy
• RCIS certification
• Scrubbing and monitoring experience welcome but not required
