Schedule / Job Type

Full-Time | Permanent | Days | Onsite | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | Expected 40 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy evaluation and treatment services across outpatient, inpatient, and skilled nursing unit settings
• Document patient care and progress using Meditech charting system
• Participate in weekend rotation, typically every 4–5 weekends
• Adhere to on-call policy, with availability beginning 2 hours prior to shift start when applicable
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient recovery and functional goals

Required Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
• Valid Kansas Physical Therapist (PT) license required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Proficiency or ability to learn Meditech electronic documentation

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a multi-setting environment including outpatient, inpatient, and skilled nursing
• Familiarity with Meditech charting platform
• Strong communication and interdisciplinary teamwork skills
