Job Title

Physical Therapist (Travel)

Location

Salinas, CA | Skilled Nursing Facility

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday (schedule preference considered)

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients within a skilled nursing facility setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to support patient outcomes
• Complete documentation in Net Health in accordance with facility standards
• May be required to float to a nearby sister facility within walking distance

Required Qualifications

• Active California Physical Therapist (PT) License
• Strong documentation and time-management skills
• Flexible and collaborative mindset

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience preferred; mentorship may be available for candidates with 0–1 years of experience
• Comfort working within a large, dynamic care environment
