Travel RN – Operating Room

Contract | Travel | Days | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | 13-Week Assignment | Projected Start: March 31, 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an 8-OR suite with a 1:1 patient ratio across a range of surgical service lines
• Perform scrub and/or circulating duties for procedures including orthopedic, ENT, urology, spine, general, GYN, endoscopy, plastics, and cardiac surgeries
• Operate and monitor all types of surgical equipment, including Belmont rapid infusion devices
• Document patient care accurately using the Meditech EMR system
• Participate in on-call rotation, which may include 1st, 2nd, and 3rd call shifts on weekdays and weekends; 30-minute response time is required for on-call
• Collaborate effectively with charge RNs, surgical techs, anesthesia providers, and service line leaders to support quality patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of current acute care hospital experience
• Active RN license applicable for practice in Colorado
• BLS certification (required)
• ACLS certification (required)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Ability to function across multiple surgical service lines
• Prior experience with Meditech EMR
• Transplant and/or spine surgical experience
