Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to residents in a long-term care / skilled nursing facility setting
- Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
- Support care continuity across multiple coverage locations as assigned
- Adhere to facility protocols, including a minimum of 2 hours cancellation notice for scheduled shifts
Required Qualifications
- Active and valid Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification
- Ability to work rotating shifts on a per diem basis
- Willingness and ability to provide coverage across multiple facility locations
- Reliable and punctual with adherence to scheduling and cancellation policies
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility environment
- Familiarity with multi-site or traveling coverage roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with elderly populations
