Job Title
Travel CNA – Stepdown Unit

Contract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Nights | 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse in a stepdown unit setting
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, intake and output, and other clinical data
- Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, mobility, and nutrition
- Communicate changes in patient condition promptly to the nursing team
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized patient care environment in accordance with facility protocols
Required Qualifications
- Active CNA certification in the state of North Carolina (or compact equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years of CNA/PCT experience, preferably in a Med-Surg or stepdown environment
- Ability to work 12-hour overnight shifts (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM)
- Current BLS/CPR certification
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a stepdown or telemetry unit
- Experience working as a travel CNA or in a high-acuity hospital setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced clinical environment
