Job Title

Registered Nurse – Utilization Management (LTC/SNF)

Location

Waterville, ME | Skilled Nursing Facility

Schedule / Job Type

Contract (9 Weeks) | Days | Monday–Friday | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide registered nursing services within a long-term care / skilled nursing facility setting
• Perform utilization management functions in alignment with facility and regulatory standards
• Maintain compliance with all facility policies, including identification and badging requirements
• Must wear a photo badge and present a valid state or federal issued photo ID at all times while on assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Maine or compact equivalent
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility environments
• Must provide proof of completed original or updated COVID-19 vaccination series, or a documented religious and/or medical exemption from employer prior to placement
• Must comply with any additional vaccine doses required by applicable law
• Valid state or federal issued photo identification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in utilization management or care coordination within a SNF or LTC setting
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards in long-term care environments
