Contract | Nights (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM) | Alternating 36/48-hour weekly schedule

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care during 12-hour overnight shifts in accordance with facility protocols
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as directed by the care plan
• Monitor and document patient status, reporting changes to the appropriate clinical team members
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to ensure continuity and quality of patient care

Required Qualifications

• Active LPN or LVN license in good standing (New Mexico license or compact eligibility required)
• Candidates must be available for a clinical interview prior to placement
• Fingerprint background check must be completed by the Tuesday prior to the scheduled start date
• Must be available to attend an on-site check-in the Wednesday before orientation begins
• Orientation begins on Thursdays; candidates must be available to start on the scheduled orientation date
• Must be available for the duration of the assignment without extended time off

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing or contract assignment experience
• Ability to adapt quickly to new facility environments and workflows
• Strong time management and clinical assessment skills in a fast-paced setting
