Job Title

Travel RN – Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

Location

Tomball, TX | Acute Care

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Expected 36 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a 20-bed Intensive Care Unit with a 2:1 patient ratio (low acuity 3:1)
• Manage ventilator patients and perform drip titration as part of routine ICU care
• Assist with or support procedures including intubation, central lines, endoscopy, tracheostomy, and chest tubes
• Operate Baxter infusion pumps and document care using Expanse EMR
• Float to Progressive Care unit as needed per staffing requirements
• Complete 4 weekend shifts per scheduling period

Required Qualifications

• Active RN licensure valid in the state of Texas (or compact eligibility)
• Minimum 1 year of Medical ICU experience required
• Demonstrated experience with ventilator management and drip titration
• ACLS certification required
• BLS certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Expanse EMR
• Familiarity with Baxter infusion pump systems
• Background in Progressive Care or step-down environments
