Job Title

Registered Nurse – Labor & Delivery

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 12-Hour Rotating Shifts | Every Other Weekend | Expected 72 hours biweekly (on-call hours not included)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an active Labor & Delivery unit supporting approximately 2,600 births per year
• Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered maternity care in alignment with unit protocols and best practices
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support low intervention and evidence-based birth outcomes
• Accurately document patient care and clinical data using Epic EMR
• Participate in rotating weekend coverage as scheduled

Required Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience required
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Candidates must have been separated from the hiring health system for at least 6 months to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience is a plus
• Familiarity with high-volume maternity care environments
