Job Title

Respiratory Therapist – Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) | NICU | Travel Contract (Nights)

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute professional and clinical knowledge in the provision and management of respiratory care to NICU patients as part of an interdisciplinary team
• Deliver specialized neonatal respiratory therapy services in a high-acuity NICU environment
• Document patient care accurately using Epic EMR
• May be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses

Required Qualifications

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
• Active Wisconsin state license required (Compact license accepted)
• Minimum of 2 years of NICU respiratory therapy experience required — no adult RT experience accepted for this role
• At least 1 previously completed travel contract required
• Valid Driver’s License required
• Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission date required
• 1 supervisory reference required at time of submission
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Epic EMR preferred
• Prior travel nursing/therapy contract experience beyond the minimum requirement
