Job Title
Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Rehabilitation
Location
Dickson, TN | Acute Rehab
Schedule / Job Type
Contract | 13 Weeks | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to rehabilitation unit patients during night shift hours
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans in a rehabilitation setting
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient recovery and functional goals
- Monitor and document patient progress, changes in condition, and responses to treatment
- Adhere to facility policies, protocols, and Joint Commission standards throughout the assignment
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Tennessee or a compact state
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
- Current BLS certification required
- Experience in a rehabilitation nursing setting
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience
- Familiarity with rehabilitation-specific documentation and care protocols
- Strong communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced inpatient environment
