Job Title

Travel Physical Therapist – Inpatient

Location

Manchester, NH | Acute Care

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | 12 Weeks | Full-Time | Days | Monday–Friday with approximately one self-selected weekend shift per month | Shift start time flexible between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM, with end times ranging from 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Perform physical therapy evaluations and treatments for inpatient populations across all inpatient units and the ED (NICU excluded)
• Manage an expected caseload of approximately 10 patients per 8-hour day
• Work primarily within 1–2 floors per daily assignment to support continuity of care
• Utilize rehabilitation equipment including portable parallel bars, portable stairs, Sara Stedy, ceiling lifts, and hyper lifts
• Document patient care using the Sunrise Allscripts electronic documentation system
• Maintain active NH Physical Therapy License and current BLS certification throughout the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active New Hampshire Physical Therapy License — must be in hand at time of submittal
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience
• Acute care experience, with exposure to cardiac, vascular, and orthopedic patient populations

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Vestibular experience is preferred but not required
• Familiarity with Sunrise Allscripts or similar electronic documentation systems
• Experience working in a high-volume, multi-diagnosis inpatient setting
