Job Title

Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)

Location

Davenport, IA | Skilled Nursing Facility

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | Onsite | Work week: Sunday through Saturday

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the supervising Physical Therapist in delivering patient care and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions including exercises, manual therapy, and functional mobility training
• Document patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising Physical Therapist
• Maintain a safe and supportive treatment environment in accordance with facility policies

Required Qualifications

• Active PTA license in the state of Iowa
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Must reside at least 80 miles from the facility to be eligible for standard contract rates

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
• Strong documentation and communication skills
